I read and answer every message myself. There is no team, no ticket number and no bot, so it’s worth writing a proper sentence rather than just “hi”.

What happens to it.It reaches me directly and I answer it myself, usually within one business day. If it has been longer than that, send it again in case it never reached me. If it’s urgent and you have an account, book a call in Calls instead. The diary is usually faster than a message waiting to be read.
